All India Mutual Arrangement Scheme

The All India Mutual Arrangement Scheme was launched by the National Federation of State Co-operative Banks during the year 1965 to facilitate all SCBs/DCCBs/ CTBs/ CUBs to compete with commercial banks in the area of issuance of DDs and collection of bills throughout the country. The Bank has been participating in the Scheme since its inception. Volume of DD/BC transactions made during the year 2006-2007 is furnished below:

Non-fund based business income of the Bank has considerably increased from out of issuance of DDs and collection of BCs under AIMAS. The Bank has played a key role for effective implementation of the Scheme in our State. The Bank is maintaining current account with 23 other SCBs for transacting the AIMAS DDs/BCs.

It is a matter of great pleasure that the Bank has got the annual 'AIMAS Best Performance' award from NAFSCOB for three times since 1996-97.
